Throughout my high school years I have tried to be Someone people could rely on. I tried to be someone people could trust be friends with no matter what. I also made it clear that I would let people hold their opinions.

One of my close friends went through a bad breakup. He called me and I genuinely listened and cared, and he saw that and we have been close for a good while because that was proof, I cared for them. I try to make my school better by caring for people and trying to be someone to talk to. I try to make my school better by accepting other people's beliefs. Although I am not religious, I had a student last year who tried to get me to become interested in Christianity via bible verses and other things like that. I allowed him to say his piece and politely declined. I feel like mindfulness plays a massive part in my academics as it is one of my primary goals. I hope to be more mindful of other feelings while also considering my own feelings.
